Doesn't matter if your glass is half full, or half empty - there's still plenty of room for more wine! ;o)

Oooh must be more than 12 months that I haven't been in here. That is absolutely amazing Sam so your not just a pretty face then smiley26 ... how many stitches do you reckon is in that. I'd be very proud to say I made that, very well done you.

Now why did I look in this section smiley28. Oh yeh I remember.... (it's my age smiley27!)

When we moved back into our house we decided we needed more storage space as we'd lost a couple of built in cupboards so hunted everywhere for maple coloured tall boys. Eventually found some in Homebase on offer. They come flat packed so have to build them yourself. I do all the gluing and screwing one day then put together next day so nothing pulls out when you actually put things together (and it definitely helps if you are an octopus with one or two extra arms or maybe get some willing assistance. My assistant is called "Oi you wife!"

These are better than your average chipboard units so quite heavy by the time they are all put together. Only one complaint and we had to go back to shop about it. You can chose your own design of handles out of a choice of about 6. We needed about 16 handles and they are not cheap. If I'd known that at the time I'd have sourced them elsewhere. OK you have to drill holes for these handles to screw them on which I did no problem. Went to put handles on .. half fitted and half had screws that were too long .. doh! Tried packing out with washers, nope still too long, back to shop, assistant ordered some more, turned up couple of days later, yeh fitted ok.

Hmm I suppose you want to see them now ... darn ... don't go away, gotta find camera and take photos
